Fragrance Characteristics

Fragrance performance and perception are subjective. Longevity, projection, scent development, and overall experience may vary depending on factors such as:

Personal dissatisfaction with how a fragrance smells, performs, or develops does not make an opened or used product defective.

Testers and Unboxed Products

Products identified as testers or unboxed items may arrive without standard retail packaging or decorative accessories. Tester products may also include alternative packaging, a plain box, or a different cap, depending on the manufacturer.

Any applicable differences will be disclosed in the product listing when known.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Discontinue products
Limit purchase quantities

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BestDealPerfume is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or formally associated with the designers, manufacturers, trademark owners, or fragrance houses whose products appear on our website.

Brand names, product names, bottle designs, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered for sale.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted or fulfilled. Acceptance is subject to:

Successful payment authorization
Product availability
Address verification
Fraud-prevention review
Supplier or fulfillment availability
Compliance with these Terms

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including:

SECTION 5 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed once the order has:

Been submitted to a fulfillment partner
Entered processing
Been packed
Received a shipping label
Been transferred to a carrier

Approved customer-requested cancellations are subject to a $3.99 cancellation fee per order.

Orders that can no longer be canceled must follow our Return and Refund Policy after delivery, provided the product qualifies for return.

BestDealPerfume is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

SECTION 6 — PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, product availability, and shipping charges may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or listing errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, import fees, or other government assessments.

Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

Promotional codes:

Must be entered before completing checkout
Cannot be applied retroactively
May have expiration dates or eligibility requirements
May not be combined unless expressly permitted
Have no cash value

We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order involving an obvious pricing, discount, technical, or promotional error.

SECTION 7 — PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention review.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, billing address, shipping address, authorization to use the payment method, or the legitimacy of the transaction.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in an order being delayed, declined, or canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with reasonable consumer purchasing behavior.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by BestDealPerfume or third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After processing, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days within the United States.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Holidays
Inventory availability
Address verification
Service disruptions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

BestDealPerfume is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Missing apartment or unit numbers
Customer relocation
Refused delivery
Failure to retrieve a package
Unauthorized forwarding requests

If your order appears lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or significantly delayed, contact us promptly so we can review the matter with the carrier and fulfillment partner.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, fragrances must generally remain:

Unopened
Unused and unsprayed
Unaltered
In their original condition
In their original packaging
Sealed when originally sold with factory wrapping or protective seals

Opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrances are not eligible for return. Testers are non-returnable.

All returns require prior authorization. Do not ship a product back until BestDealPerfume has provided return instructions and the applicable return address.

The return address may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete due to an error by BestDealPerfume or a fulfillment partner.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost paid by BestDealPerfume may be deducted from an approved refund.

Approved returns that are not the result of an error by BestDealPerfume may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items accepted without their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

BestDealPerfume does not guarantee direct exchanges. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be required to return the original product and place a separate order.

SECTION 10 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, LEAKING OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

The bottle is broken
The product is leaking
The atomizer appears defective
You received the wrong item
A product is missing
The order was materially damaged during shipping

You may be required to provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos of the product
Images of the shipping box and packaging
An image of the shipping label
Any other information reasonably required to review the claim

Do not discard the product, bottle, box, packaging materials, shipping carton, or shipping label until the claim has been resolved.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Claims may be denied when sufficient evidence is not provided, the product has been discarded, or the damage occurred after delivery through misuse or improper handling.

SECTION 11 — PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE

Fragrances may contain alcohol and other ingredients that can be flammable or cause irritation in sensitive individuals.

Products should be:

Used only as directed
Kept away from flames, sparks, and excessive heat
Stored away from direct sunlight
Kept out of reach of children and pets
Used externally unless the manufacturer expressly indicates otherwise
Avoided near the eyes and other sensitive areas

Review the product packaging and ingredient information before use, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or respiratory concerns.

Discontinue use and seek appropriate professional assistance if you experience an adverse reaction.

BestDealPerfume does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their original content, design, layout, written materials, graphics, logos, icons, videos, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BestDealPerfume and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

Reproduce or republish website content
Copy or modify our designs
Distribute our original images or videos
Create derivative works from our content
Use our logo or branding
Extract substantial portions of our catalog
Sell or commercially exploit our website content
Misrepresent an affiliation with BestDealPerfume

BestDealPerfume is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and BestDealPerfume.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by BestDealPerfume and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer-service decisions, returns, refunds, product quality, injury, damage, or loss arising from purchases made through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and BestDealPerfume.

Your submission is accurate and based on a genuine experience when represented as a review

Every product image will reflect minor manufacturer packaging changes

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, applicable mandatory warranties remain in effect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 22 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BestDealPerfume and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, fulfillment partners, service providers, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services or products purchased through them.
